This homemade costume for women entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kiersten, the 'Mad Hatter' costume creator:
I am wearing this costume. The idea sparked when I decided I wanted to go to comic con one year. I just made a color palette and bought pieces that reminded me of the mad hatter. I got my tea cup holster from fan expo in Dallas. The most recent pic is the darkest one. I’m sorry but I added some nice pictures to get an idea.
