This homemade costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jasmine, the 'Mad Hatter' costume creator:
The person who is wearing the costume is me and my mom designed it. To make it she bought a wig then curled it then bought some striped pants , a vest , and a undershirt. After buying and getting all the items set she put some makeup on my face. And we were done.
