Mad Hatter Costume

My 10 year old daughter is wearing the costume. She came up with the idea on her own. We ordered a bright green steam punk jacket and sponge painted it brown. I glued purple fabric onto the vest. The hat pins are made of wire and beads. The ribbon pin was made with a safety pin and some ribbon scraps. We made bandolier with some chain and spools of thread. An online tutorial was helpful with the makeup. This was our first year making most of her costume. This was such a fun project to do together.
