This homemade costume for boys entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Barb, the 'Mad Hatter' costume creator:
my grandson is wearing the costume. I bought a dollar store wig. Spray painted a cat in the hat hat black sewed the bow tie . used my daughters black jacket put a frill mout the sleeve. bought stripped socks . did the makeup myself. took a bit of the wig and used for eye brows.
