This homemade costume for girls entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lidia, the 'Mad Hatter' costume creator:
Lidia was inspired by Johnny Depp's Mad Hatter in Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland. She searched thrift stores for all of the clothes with the exception of the hat (ebay). The hair is not a wig, her hair is bobbed and we used a crimper iron to "frizz" her hair then spray painted it with colored hair spray.
