This homemade costume for women entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Marie, the 'Magical Mermaid' costume creator:
I have always loved and collected mermaid items....so I decided to be a mermaid for Halloween. I personally made the top of the costume myself by buying a plain bustier & decorating it by gluing on shells, pearls and gems, as well as attaching fish netting. This took me over 10 hours and cost easily $100 or more for everything.
