This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kelly, the ' Mal from Descendants' costume creator:
Maizie Joe, 5 years old, is obsessed with the new Disney movie Descendants.....but the costume options available at the costume stores, etc were not very good.....Found the jacket, boots, pants and shirt on Amazon.....painted the jacket with metallic paint and sealed it with modge podge.....the emblem on the back is a printed image from Etsy, paint and modge podge.....I sewed on a patch onto the shirt, dyed the under tank top green (it was white) and added some ribbon, paint & rhine stones to her pants....
Trick or treat bag is from Michaels, with a printed image modge podged and painted
