This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rosa, the 'Maleficent Toddler' costume creator:
I made this costume for my granddaughter. she is almost 3 years old. i made the horns (head pieces from foam and electrical tape) her staff (mop handle, clear ornament, tulle inside and a crow on top)
