This homemade costume for babies entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Iliana, the 'Maleficent' costume creator:
My daughter is wearing it. The idea came from the cartoon sleeping beauty. I put a swimming cap on her head and stared adding paper mashe to it and let it try. Then removed it and blew up a balloon to the side of it so I could use it as reference to the size of her head. Added black fabric to it from hobby lobby and hot glued everything together.
