This homemade costume for women entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Savannah, the 'Maleficent' costume creator:
I am wearing this costume. The idea came from my desire to dress as a powerful female villain. I did not make this costume, but my cousin did my makeup and I think she did great!
