This homemade costume for women entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sarah, the 'Maleficent' costume creator:
This is me, Sarah Starnyski in my home made Maleficent costume with movable wings.
The horns I made out of cardboard, hot glue, electrical tape & a head band. The wings I crafted out of wood,string, some bolts, a little paint & some lace. I added some padding and backpack straps as well so it was easier to walk around with.
When I pull the strings The wings open and close as well. I wish I could have entered a video its pretty neat to see them open. Everyone at the Halloween parties really seemed to enjoy it. Well Good Luck Everyone & Happy Halloween.
