A word from Eric, the 'Mandrake' costume creator:
My granddaughter. 8 weeks old. The idea came from Harry Potter the Chamber of Secrets. I used an old wagon. Fastened pot to wagon with 1/2" wood screws Plastic flower pot $12. Foam cushion $5 Fake plant $10 Brown spray paint $3 Fake moss $6 Straw $5. All can be bought at a craft store. Dyed a onesie and pants tan, then hot glued craft straw to cuffs to create roots. Glued layers of foam and created a hole or pocket for baby to sit in. Painted foam brown. Glued on moss. Glued craft moss to a baby sock cap and plant leaves.
