This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stacy, the 'Marilyn Monroe' costume creator:
My 6 year old daughter is wearing the costume. We found the dress at goodwill and just altered that back to fit. The cost of the dress was $6.99. Good makeup and hair applied to a natural look-a-like did the trick!
