This homemade costume for boys entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Leah, the 'Mario Kart' costume creator:
This is my 4 year old son Gavin! I wanted to make a costume to incorporate his wheelchair and the best way to do that was to make it myself. I used mainly cardboard and painted it. I used Styrofoam cones and tissue paper to make the rocket boosters. Then I just added detail work with the "M" and "4". His step-brother is in one of the pictures. We dressed him as Luigi! I hope you guys like it!
