Mario Brothers Crew Costume

These are my 4 kids. Obviously I did not make Mario or Luigi but I did make Toad and the princess. For Princess Peach we took an old holy communion dress / Christening gown spray painted it pink. Then made a crown and necklace/barouche out of craft foam sheets. Toad is a fabric lined showercap inside-out with fabric paint spots and pillow filling, an old hoodie turned into a vest, a tan turtle neck and inside out grey sweat pants to look like white "poofy" pants. I love the characters and felt like it was the one and only time they would be so perfect in proportions and be willing to dress-up together.
