This homemade costume for adults entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kayla, the 'Marvin the Martian' costume creator:
I wore red tights and a red turtle neck for the base. I took cardboard and wrapped it in green duct tape for the “skirt”. My shoes had cardboard taped to the bottom of my shoes with fabric stuffed and fitted over top to look over sized. The helmet base was a bowl with duct tape, cardboard, and black sheer fabric for the face.
