My little one loves loves loves watching Mary Poppins! So she was ecstatic to dress up like her for Halloween! Simple black skirt, white shirt with red ribbon tie, combat boots and she insisted on wearing the white gloves. I printed the “Mary Poppins ~ Practically Perfect in Every Way” badge as well as the SuperCali.. pin on her “carpet bag” purse. I revived my elementary school paper mache skills for the parrot. We loved this costume! CGM2016
