This homemade costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Eden, the 'Mary Poppins' costume creator:
My daughter loves white color.She wanted to wear something white for this year book characterization so we decided she would be Mary Poppins. A close friend of mine sew the costume and i design or diy the hat and the umbrella.
