This homemade costume for women entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shannon, the 'Masked Starlight' costume creator:
Hi! My name is Shannon. I am dressed in a hand created Starlight costume. She is from "The Boys" on Amazon Prime. When I saw her charactar I kmew I had to be her even with NO Halloween Plans! HAHA. My friend and I made each part of the costume except the boots which we painted and applied the hand sewn appliques on. We used about 5 materials including a thick felt like material which we covered in the gold fabric for the arm pieces, appliques, belt and pouch. With shoes I paid about $100.
