Master Chief Mark IV Costume

It takes a very long time to get one of these puppies started. I used a popular computer program called pepakura to print the blueprints or origami pieces on 110lb white card stock. Card stock because it's easy to work with. I used a lot of Bondo for most of it but for the joints I used a foam rubber so I could move my joints freely without anything chafing me. All the blue LED lights, and motorcycle visor were purchased on eBay. Underneath the suit I used a black morph suit to completely hide my skin. Other than a good paint job that's really it.
