This homemade costume for men entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Dave, the 'Mayhem' costume creator:
My name is Dave, the idea is from Allstate commercial with ''Mayhem'' as a hot jogger. Just get a black three piece suit, tie, pink headband, pink hand weights( optional), butterfly bandage, brown eye shadow to rub on face to look like dirt, red lip liner for fake scratch on eyebrow, unshaved face.
