Mayor McCheese Costume

My son loves to be something fast food related and this year chose to be Mayor McCheese. We sewed his outfit from a pattern. We made the head by papermacheing a big birthday balloon. The paper mache was not strong enough once the balloon started to loose air so we then used plaster and popped the balloon after it dried. He then painted the face and we used packing material to cushion the head so that it would stay on straight.
