This homemade costume for boys entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rob, the 'Mecha Team Leader' costume creator:
This is Ashton and he is a character from the Fortnite Season 9 Event called Mecha Team Leader. It is made mostly of card board and lots of glue sticks. Also, used neoprene for the shoes for more flexibility. This was hand painted with acrylic and spray paint. We spent over 100 hours creating this and it was well worth it for the reactions we received while trick or treating, especially from other Fortnite characters. We look forward to next Halloween and creating the next costume. I also included an image of the original character for comparison to the costume we created.
