This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.

I'm wearing the costume. I always try to have costumes that allow for extravagant makeup. I did the scales by stretching fishnet stockings over my face then layering makeup colors.

A golden yellow cream shadow from makeup forever is the top most layer as well as an assortment of pressed and powdered shadows ranging in colors from black to green. Used a round foundation sponge for application and finished it off with urban decay setting spray

How did you make the hair band with snakes? Are they weaved through or glued to the headband? Love this costume by the way! Its the inspiration for mine.

Used wires and weaved them through the plastic snakes and attached to Headband
