This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Andrea, the 'Medusa' costume creator:
Throughout the past year i have been gathering items , and compiling ideas to create my Medusa costume. Many trips to Goodwill eventually paid off. Every thing is second hand except for the snakes that i purchased from Party City and painted gold.
