This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Hope, the 'Medusa' costume creator:
I made the head piece with various snakes many of which moved when I walked because they were extra bouncy. I had to go to several places to find the right variety of snakes. The dress is spray painted black and grey with fabric pant.
