Merma Mermaid Costume

I Rianna am wearing the Costume. My idea came from having my long hair. I work Goodwill Retail and made the costume myself. I bought seashells and sewed them onto a tank top that I bought from Goodwill for $3 and then I painted some seaweed green onto the shirt to give it that seaweedie look. I then bought my skirt from Goodwill for $6 and cut slits all the way up it to make it look like seaweed. I made a crown from a headband by painting it and hot glueing some seashells to it. Thats basically it.
