This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sandy, the 'Mermaid captured by a Pirate' costume creator:
We made a dummy to look like a pirate,attached with a backpack to her back,made a treasure chest from a box used things we had around the house for treasure,used a old dance costume for the mermaid dress.
