Mermaid Costume

My daughter Isabel is wearing the costume, idea came from Pinterest, I made it out of spandex material,sequin material and a little felt. First took leggins and laid them on top of material and traced a basic tail shape, then for the back part of tail I made two separate pieces for an opening for her legs to come out. Second I made a pair of leggins to sew inside the tail. Third I made the fin with the felt and sequin material and sewed it onto the tail end. Then last made the shirt with the sequin material on top of the spandex material, it cost about $40 all together
