This store bought costume for girls entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Samantha, the 'Mermaid' costume creator:
This is my daughter Athina she is 4 years old. Let me tell you! This girl was so excited for Halloween she was counting down the days! This year she wanted to be a mermaid. The costume itself was purchased at TJ Maxx ($25). I bought the wig from Walmart ($10). I did her makeup myself with the makeup I had on head. To create the scale details I used a fish net stocking. She loved her final look! I was so happy how everything came out.
