This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lesley-marie, the 'Mermaiden' costume creator:
I am wearing this original body painting by myself, Lesley-Marie Diaz. All of the Prosthetics were created utilizing bathroom tissue and latex. I placed a grocery bag over my hair and lubricated it with lotion to prevent the latex "fins" nearest the forehead sticking. once the head Prosthetics dried gently removed it from the bag and remove the bag from my head. I did make up style contouring with eyeshadow over a teal body paint base.
