This homemade costume for adults entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from William, the 'Merman' costume creator:
There are not any merman costumes anywhere I went and a lot of Mermaid costumes for women. So I pieced together and cut, glued, bought, painted, and anything I could think to make a Merman costume for a guy or whoever. Surprised by everyone who saw me and loved the whole outfit I love Halloween and feel it’s the one day you can be whoever you want to be.
