Michael Jackson Thriller Costume

Homemade Michael Jackson Thriller costume. Made for my 7 year old son Jack. He loves all Michael Jackson music and came to me asking if we could make the Thriller coat. Knowing it would be a tall order to fill we still took the challenge on.

Iconic red jacket utilizes a regular red jacket as a base with all details and customizations made using self created patterns and red/black duct tape. Red pants were made from an older pair of jeans that were bleached and dyed red. Added details included black curly wig, white socks and black shoes. Total cost to create costume was around $40.
