Mildred Ratched Costume

"I Know How You Feel Right Now...Told That You're Mad...When That's What's Driving You Mad." -Nurse Mildred Ratchet This is my 7 year old daughter Lumin Ziola Nash. We folded out of paper a nurses hat and painted it with a teal house paint mixed with a white crayola paint to mirror the color of the dress. The dress is around 20 years old that I got in a thrift store in Philly. Painted the broch and clip on earrings with the last sprays of white spray paint. The cross was my husbands Dads Boy Scout badge that I painted with red and white make up so that I could wash it off after. The wig was giant and took awhile to style but with lots ofmanuevering it happened! Add the perfect pout and brushed eyebrows and my little transformed into character.
