Mini Freddy Kreuger Costume

My 5 year old son Jack wanted to be Freddy Kreuger this year for Halloween and to be honest I have know idea where he came up with it! Instead of going with a store bought costume we decided to make our own as we usually do. We went to our local salvation army where we got a red and white striped sweater and a fedora. I took green felt strips and glued them over the white stripes on the sweater. He already had black pants and black boots. I did buy him an inexpensive Freddy claw. Since he's little and has somewhat sensitive skin and doesn't like masks, I did his face makeup with basic drugstore makeup. Voila! A mini Freddy Kreuger! He absolutely loved it!
