This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Carrie, the 'Mini Grannies' costume creator:
These are my 2 one year olds dressed as grannies! We made walkers out of pvc pipe then spray painted them silver and put pink tennis balls on them. I bought white hair color and toddler cat eye glasses were the perfect finishing touch!
