Mini Hulk Hogan Circa 1990 Costume

Our son Bodie has yet to dictate to us what he wants to be since he's not even two yet. We use this to our advantage and dress him to our liking. He was a Chippendale dancer for his 1st Halloween, this year I turned him into Hulk Hogan.
I purchased cheap rain boots at Wal-Mart and promptly duck taped them with yellow tape.
I had an old championship belt and made it smaller by adding velcro to allow it to be pulled tight. Bodie is a brunette so he needed to get blond to really be authentic. I bought 6 miniature dolls for $1 at Dollar General. Cut their ponytails off and hot glued them to the back of the bandana. We used a yellow body make up crayon to give him a mustache. I safety pinned his feather boa to his Hulkamania onesie (he wasn't a fan of the feathers touching his neck so I have to improvise).
