This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Janet, the 'Mini Maleficent' costume creator:
My 8 year old daughter Mya loves the movie Maleficent. We purchased the costume but added all the feathers around the neck, made the staff and added the train to the dress. We purchased the wings from Walmart and the feather boas used at the dollar store. We found the stick in the park across the street from our house.
