This homemade costume for girls entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tina, the 'Mini Mermaid' costume creator:
This is my granddaughter in her Sweet Lil Mermaid Costume. The top is made from an iridescent fabric with padding and top stitching to give it depth. The tail is made from Lycra stretch fabric and sequined fabric for the fin. The crown is made using a head band with a layer of foam to allow the shells to adhere firmly.
