This homemade costume for boys entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from David, the 'Mini Navy Seal' costume creator:
I started with a basic camouflage overall, with black tactical vest. (Which I did not make) I added a tan hat with custom camouflage. A black hood with matching custom camouflage. Black and green matching camouflage face paint.
