This homemade costume for boys entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Megan, the 'Mini Pennywise' costume creator:
Meet my son, Michael. His constume was made by my best friend from materials and fabrics bought at Walmart. His personality fit so well and he knew exactly what we meant when we told him to make his "mad face" he was a great sport when getting his face painted too. Michael will be 2 in December!
