This homemade costume for families entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jessica, the 'Minions' costume creator:
Myself (Scarlett overkill) and 3 kids ages 3, 4 and 5. They love minions! I used foam, spray paint, fabric, tape and other small materials to create. I dyed panty hose yellow and cut the crotch to create yellow sleeves for the kids to wear under.
