This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sarena, the 'Minnie Mouse' costume creator:
I made her tutu, added white polka dots. Then I made Minnie ears with dollar store headband, made the bow and glued it cut out circles with felt paper and there you have it! She had a black leotard already. She looks super cute!! My daughter loved it. This year's Halloween costume.
