This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Gina, the 'Minnie Mouse' costume creator:
This is my daughter Ellie as her favorite character, Minnie Mouse! I made the tutu with a red headband elastic, red tulle and white felt. I made bows out of ribbon and hot-glued them to a pair of glittery gold shoes. The Peter Pan collar was cut out of polka dot cloth and sewed on a plain black shirt. Just some black tights and Minnie Mouse ears completed the outfit!
