This homemade costume for pets entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rose, the 'Minnie Mouse' costume creator:
Sophia my sheltie is wearing her Minnie mouse outfit. Being disabled money is tight, found the dress at t thrift store for $5.49 and found the headband at dollar store. Used another circular headband and weaving the ends thru the rubber loops. Then I could slide the rubber headband behind her ears. Sophia's sheltie smile proves she loves her outfit.
