A word from Kevin, the 'Minotaur' costume creator:
The Minotaur is a creature from Greek mythology that had a body of a man and a head of a bull. This was a little difficult to do since you can't find a decent bull mask anywhere in the US. England had a good one but it was $30 to ship. This one came from Singapore and looks like the logo for the Chicago Bulls basketball team. It turned out to be perfect since it left my mouth free to eat and drink at my party. I also went to my local farm supply store to get a ring for my nose.
I used the padded muscle shirt to look more buff and a Roman apron and sandals completed the look with the help of a good battle axe. You can’t see from the picture, but I have a tail coming through a hole in the leather flap in the back. I used two leather belts from Goodwill and made the chest medallion from a plastic cap topped with a picture of the Minotaur's father, the Cretan bull.
