Miss Jellyfish 2017 Costume

My daughter is fascinated with jellyfish! I bought a clear umbrella glue gunned alternating wide yarn, tulle and ribbon to the bottom edges. Added 2 strands of battery powered LED lights to the inside top. Tied silver lightly curled ribbon to the inside to add a layered look! Made matching leg warmers with elastic straps and the same alternating materials!
She already wore it to a neighborhood party and everyone loved it, a lot of people said they had never seen it before and asked how long it took to make which was MANY hours the week before! Great mother daughter time too!
