Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children Costume

After recently seeing Tim Burton's new film, Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children, I knew I had found the right Halloween costumes for my peculiar family. My twin 9 year old boys were perfect for the masked twins in the film. They loved the idea when they realized they were telepathic twins. I order the twin's costume from AliExpress in China. After a bit of convincing I got my husband to costume as a Hollowgast. Dressed entirely in vintage clothes, he wore white contacts and custom molded pointy teeth that we found in the French Quarter. I wore an old vintage dress I had with a blue blazer. Miss Peregrine's hair is so distinct, I knew I had to get it just right. I purchased a wig from XCoser and spent a couple hours styling it. Trying to match Eva Green's makeup was hard. After about an hour of makeup my husband had to stop me and say it was time to trick or treat! I got a few hugs as Miss Peregrine and everyone else was terrified of my twins and Hollowgast costume. We had a fantastic night.
