This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jasmin, the 'Miss Scissor Hands' costume creator:
I'm wearing the costume, I ordered the gloves and the coresset online approximately 70$ for both. I already had the boots and I got the pants jacket and wig from value village and those cost about 20$ for both of those. I bought very light foundation for my make up and put glue from a glue stick to cover my eye brows. For the scars I used fake skin from value village and highlighted them with brown eye shadow.
