This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Gina, the 'Mistress of the Dark' costume creator:
Elvira costume started with the wig I bought and then I just worked downward. I had an old black dress, a belt, add a plastic dagger in the waistband. I did add a black cape. I looked on the wig package and followed the make up idea on the original Elvira picture. I am originally a blonde so nobody recognized me when I can to work!
